Remaster hereafter referred to as "the Company," provides video editing services to clients under the following terms and conditions. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
Video Content:
The Company takes no responsibility for the content provided by clients for video editing. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and appropriateness of the content, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and permissions for any third-party elements.
Safety Precautions:
Clients are advised to provide clear instructions regarding any safety-sensitive content or instructions in the video editing request. The Company is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of the edited video's content or instructions.
Compliance with Laws:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the final edited video complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The Company is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the client's failure to adhere to these requirements.
Third-Party Content:
If the client requests the inclusion of third-party content (e.g., music, images, footage), it is the client's responsibility to obtain the necessary licenses and permissions. The Company is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the unauthorized use of third-party content.
Limitation of Liability:
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the edited video. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Assumption of Risk:
Clients acknowledge that video editing involves creative interpretation, and the final result may vary based on subjective elements. The client assumes the risk and accepts the edited video with this understanding. It is the clients responsibility to request edits until the final product meets appropriate standards.
No Retention of Raw Files:
The Company does not retain or store any raw or original video files provided by clients after the completion of the editing process. Clients are solely responsible for securely storing and backing up their original files.
Client's Responsibility:
Clients are advised to maintain a secure copy of their raw video files before submitting them for editing. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to the client's original files during or after the video editing process.
Editing Process:
Once the video editing service is completed, clients will be provided with the edited video files in the agreed-upon format. The Company does not store, archive, or have any access to the client's raw files once the editing is finished.
Client's Intellectual Property:
The Company does not claim any intellectual property rights to the finished video product provided to the client. All rights, including but not limited to copyrights, remain the exclusive property of the client.
Confidentiality of Content:
The Company acknowledges the confidential nature of the client's video content. The Company will not use, disclose, or reproduce the client's content for any purpose other than fulfilling the video editing service.
Third-Party Content:
The client retains all intellectual property rights to any third-party content provided for inclusion in the video. The Company does not claim ownership of third-party materials and will respect any licensing or usage restrictions associated with such content.
No Transfer of Rights:
The engagement in our video editing services does not transfer any intellectual property rights from the client to the Company. The client maintains full ownership and control over their video content.
Deletion of Raw Files:
Once the client accepts a finished project, the company takes action to remove the current project file from its systems. The deletion occurs as part of the post-editing service process, ensuring that the company no longer retains the specific project data. This practice emphasizes the commitment to client confidentiality and data security, with the file's removal serving as a measure to safeguard the client's content and maintain privacy.

During the editing of your files, your files are stored on Filecloud System Servers. Terms of service related to the storage of your files are posted here: https://www.filecloud.com/filecloud-online-tos/
Remaster utilizes google workplace for email communications. Terms and Conditions for google can be found here: https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en-US
Changes to Disclaimer:
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this disclaimer and will notify clients of this update by email. Clients are encouraged to review the disclaimer when notified about updates and periodically for any changes.
By engaging in our video editing services, clients affirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this disclaimer.
